PRELIMINARY EVALUATION-

Film Evaluation

To improve on the short film (part of the preliminary task) I made I would of used a tripod more as the camera was very shaky and in some cases didn't capture the person face or may have been out of frame. Some of the settings on the camera was on that didn't need to be on which affected the lighting and the way the finished movie looked on screen. Overall only a few things needed to be changed.

The framing most the time was good throughout the movie and we used a variety of camera angles and shots (match cutting, shot-reverse-shot etc.) which looked very good although someone of it was jumpy without any scenes in-between to smoothen it out.

We used a variety of camera angles such as high and low shots as well as close-ups and we also used the rule of three (not very well as some parts of the person was out of frame). To conclude, we used a variety of good shots, angles and camera skills and also did some smooth match cutting that went very well with the scene but we also had some jolty scenes and got out of frame in certain parts.
